SellerSavingsDirect.com has a flexible 180-day exchange return policy (90 days for refunds) that starts the day you receive your item in the mail. If the item is defective or sent in error, they will reimburse for USPS first class standard shipping upon return. As of 2024, most of their jewelry includes a 5-year warranty/guarantee protecting it from damage and defects. The warranty covers a one-time free same size and style replacement exchange of your item within 5 years of purchase. However, the warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, lost items, or damage due to resizing. Soiled items and alterations are also not covered. Customers are responsible for all postage fees associated with the initial return back to their warehouse. They will ship the exchange back to you free of charge via standard mail.
